Returns


POLICY

  • If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order we accept returns in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY within 15 days of receiving your order. ALL TAGS, including June allure original tag MUST BE ATTACHED. Store credit must be used entirely in your new purchased. Any remaining balance will NOT carried over.
  • All returns must be made via USPS.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

     RETURNS

    • Returns will be accepted of unworn, unwashed or faulty merchandise purchased on our site.
    • Please allow 3-10 business days after we receive your package to process your STORE CREDIT. You will be notified via email when your return is processed and your store credit is issued.
    • Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes.
    • Please keep your tracking number for your return on hand. We are not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier without a tracking number. A tracking number will help us help you locate your returned item(s).
    • Please keep in mind if 15 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not emailed us regarding a return. Unfortunately we can't offer a return.

    DAMAGE ITEMS

    • If you have received an item with a defect, please immediately contact us at info@juneallure.com and email us a brief description and a photo showing the defect/fault.
    • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty.
    • Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order. Please try on the clothes with caution, as we cannot accept clothes that have been damaged once they left our location.
    EXCHANGE
    • If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return your original item(s) for STORE CREDIT and place a new order if the item is available.

    CANCELLATIONS

    • We do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.
